1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OnaNa Inter ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 23 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license that has been held for at least 1 year
• For non-Singapore licenses, possess a valid International Driving Permit alongside your national license
• Have a valid credit or debit card in your name for payment and security deposit
• Meet our insurance requirements

Additional requirements may apply for certain vehicle categories.

3. Reservation and Booking

3.1 Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our locations. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation guarantees vehicle category, not a specific model.

3.2 Required Documents

At the time of rental, you must present:

• Original valid driver's license
• International Driving Permit (if applicable)
• Valid identification (passport or Singapore identity card)
• Credit or debit card in the renter's name

4. Rental Terms and Conditions

4.1 Rental Agreement

The specific details of your rental will be outlined in the Rental Agreement provided at the time of vehicle pick-up. The Rental Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OnaNa Inter regarding the rental.

4.2 Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time specified in your Rental Agreement and ends when the vehicle is returned to our designated location and accepted by our staff. Charges apply until the vehicle is returned.

4.3 Late Returns

A grace period of 30 minutes is provided for returns. Returns later than this may incur additional daily charges. Vehicles returned more than 24 hours late without prior authorization may be reported as stolen.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Rates and Charges

The rental rate will be as specified in your Rental Agreement. Additional charges may include:

• Fuel charges (if the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up)
• Additional driver fees
• Young driver surcharge
• Late return fees
• Cleaning fees (if the vehicle requires excessive cleaning)
• Traffic, parking, or toll violations
• Damage repair costs not covered by insurance

5.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit or debit card at the time of rental. The amount will depend on the vehicle category and rental duration. This deposit will be released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle, subject to any applicable charges.

6. Vehicle Usage and Restrictions

6.1 Authorized Use

The vehicle may only be:

• Driven by the renter or additional drivers listed in the Rental Agreement
• Used on properly maintained roads within Singapore
• Used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

6.2 Prohibited Use

The vehicle may not be:

• Driven by unauthorized persons
• Used for hire or reward
• Used for racing, speed testing, or driving instruction
• Used while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair driving ability
• Used to transport goods in violation of customs regulations
• Used to tow or push any vehicle, trailer, or other object
• Driven outside of Singapore

7. Insurance and Liability

7.1 Basic Insurance

Your rental includes basic insurance coverage as required by Singapore law. This includes third-party liability insurance.

7.2 Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

CDW is available at an additional cost and reduces your liability for damage to the rental vehicle. CDW does not cover all types of damage, and exclusions apply.

7.3 Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

PAI is available at an additional cost and provides coverage for personal injuries sustained by the driver and passengers in the event of an accident.

7.4 Renter's Liability

You are responsible for:

• Any loss or damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance
• Loss or damage resulting from prohibited use of the vehicle
• Loss or damage resulting from negligence or violation of the Rental Agreement

8. Cancellation and Modification

8.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pick-up incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up or no-shows incur a fee equivalent to two days' rental.

8.2 Modification Policy

Modifications to reservations are subject to availability. Modifications that result in a shorter rental period are subject to the cancellation policy for the days removed. No refund will be provided for early returns.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your rental if you breach these Terms or the Rental Agreement. In the event of termination, you must return the vehicle immediately, and you remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the time of return.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnaNa Inter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Rental Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the rental.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and the Rental Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms or the Rental Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
